1. Who we are
Candle Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides educational market signals and related content for crypto and forex. Contact: info@candlecollective.nl.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to form a binding contract to use our services.
3. Membership & Billing
- Membership is a recurring subscription of €29 per month, billed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled.
- After payment, you receive instructions to access our communities (Discord/Telegram).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months or unused time unless required by law.
5. Access & Fair Use
- Access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share, resell, or redistribute paid content or access.
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, sharing, or violations of these Terms.
6. Educational Only; No Financial Advice
All content and signals are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
7. Risks
Trading involves significant risk, including the risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials are owned by Candle Collective or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
